摘  要:通过应用不同菌株、不同剂型的菌剂与常规施肥(CK)进行田间应用对比试验,研究农用微生物菌剂对黄瓜、水稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明,不同农用微生物菌剂较CK均可增产,其中,黄瓜增产8.6%~21.23%,水稻增产7.23%~10.41%;喷施枯草芽孢杆菌可提高黄瓜可溶性糖含量、减少黄瓜硝酸盐含量,喷施长柄木霉也可减少黄瓜硝酸盐含量;水稻施用固体与液体剂型的枯草芽孢杆菌、胶胨样芽孢杆菌混合菌可提高其直链淀粉含量。农用微生物菌剂应用于黄瓜和水稻后均具有明显的增产作用;而在品质提高的影响上较小,只有部分菌剂在部分指标上具有促进作用。To study the effect of agricultural microbial agents on the yield and quality of cucumber and rice,the field experiment was carried out by using different strains,different dosage forms of microbial agents and conventional fertilization(CK).The results showed that compared with the control,the yield of cucumber and rice increased by 8.6%-21.23%and 7.23%-10.41%,respectively.The soluble sugar content of cucumber increased and the nitrate content of cucumber decreased by spraying Bacillus subtilis and the nitrate content of cucumber decreased by spraying Trichoderma viride,and the amylose content of rice increased by spraying the mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus peptone in solid and liquid forms.Therefore,the application of agricultural microbial agents in cucumber and rice has a significant increase in yield,while the effect on quality improvement is small,only part of the microbial agents can promote some indexes.
