《外台秘要》含阿胶治下痢方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:研究《外台秘要》中阿胶治痢方的用药规律。方法:利用《中华医典》第五版软件,检索《证类本草》中含阿胶处方,进行数据标准化并建立数据库,采用中医药数据挖掘系统,基于Apriori算法进行关联规则挖掘。结果:《外台秘要》中共出现阿胶126次,分属102个方剂,与"下痢""下利"相关方剂共50个;其中两药配伍频率前3项是阿胶-黄连、阿胶-黄柏、阿胶-干姜,三药配伍频率最高是阿胶-黄柏-黄连;黄连、黄柏、干姜、甘草和当归作为前项时,阿胶同时出现概率为100%,黄柏-黄连、当归-黄连、干姜-黄连作为前项时,阿胶同时出现概率为100%。结论:阿胶在《外台秘要》中广泛用于下痢的治疗,涉及阴虚、湿热、虚寒等多种证型,核心配伍是阿胶-黄连,阿胶治下痢值得进一步挖掘、继承和发扬。Objective:To study the administration rules of Ejiao prescription for diarrhea in Waitai Miyao.Methods:Using the fifth edition of Chinese medical dictionary,the prescriptions containing Ejiao in%Zhenglei Bencao were searched,data standardzation was performed to establish the database,association rules mining was performed based on Apriori algorithm using TCM data mining system.Results:Ejiao has appeared for 126 times and it belonged to 102 prescriptions in Waitai Miyao,50 prescriptions were related to diarrhea;among them,the compability of two kinds of drugs in the top three frequencies were Ejiao-Huanglian(coptidis rhizoma),%Ejiao-Huangbo(phellodendri chinensis cortex),%Ejiao-dried ginger(zingiberis rhizoma),the compability of three kinds of drugs in the highest frequency were Ejiao-Huangbo-Huanglian;when Huanglian,Huangbo,dried ginger,Gancao and Danggui appeared as the former items,the probability of Ejiao appearing was 100%simultaneously;when Huangbo-Huanglian,Danggui-Huanglian,dried ginger-Huanglian appeared as the form drugs,the probability of Ejiao appearing was 100%simultaneously.Conclusion:Ejiao is widely used in the treatment for diarrhea in Waitai Miyao,it involves many patterns including Yin deficiency,damp-heat,cold-deficiency and others,core compatibility is Ejiao and Huanglian,and Ejiao in the treatment for diarrhea needs to be further dig,inherited and developed.
