摘　　要：目的:观察补肾解毒方治疗肾虚型乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(hepatitis Be antigen,HBe Ag)阳性慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)携带者的临床疗效。方法:将68例肾虚型乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)阳性的慢性HBV携带者,采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的临床研究方法,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组予补肾解毒方治疗,口服,1剂/d;对照组使用安慰剂治疗,疗程60周。观察其抗HBV-DNA疗效及对血清乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg)、HBeAg定量的影响。结果:60周后观察组HBe Ag转阴率、HBV-DNA阴转率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。补肾解毒方治疗期间,未见明显不良反应发生。HBV-DNA和HBsAg定量观察组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾解毒方治疗慢性HBV携带者的抗病毒疗效确切。Objective:To observe clinical effects of kidney-tonifying detoxifying prescription in treating positive-HBe Ag chronic HBV carrier of kidney deificney pattern.Methods:All 68 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group using random,double-blind placebo control clinical trial method,34 cases each group.The observation group took kidney-tonifying detoxifying prescription,oral,one dose each day;and the control grop used palcebo,the course was 60 weeks.To observe anti HBV DNA effects of the prescription,and its influence on quantitative HBs Ag and HBe Ag.Results:Sixty weeks later,HBe Ag negative-conversion rate and HBV-DNA negative-conversion rate of the observation group were higher than these of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).No obviouse adverse reaction happen during therapeutic period.The difference could be found in quantitative HBV-DNA and HBs Ag in the observation group before and after treating(P<0.05),the difference could be seen between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidneytonifying detoxifying prescription could obtain the definite antiviral effects in the treatment for chronic HBV carrier.
