通窍止鼽汤联合蜂针治疗过敏性鼻炎42例

摘　　要：目的:观察通窍止鼽汤联合蜂针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将85例患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,对照组43例,服用通窍止鼽汤,每日1剂;观察组42例,在对照组治疗基础上联用蜂针进行治疗,3日1次。观察2组临床疗效、生活质量评分及治疗前后白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为92.86%(39/42),对照组为81.40%(35/43),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α水平治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、总体健康评分2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍止鼽汤联合蜂针治疗过敏性鼻炎临床效果显著,该疗法可有效调节患者的炎症因子水平,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Tongqiao Zhiqiu Tang in combination with bee needles in the treatment for anaphylactic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 85 patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting order,43 cases of the control group took Tongqiao Zhiqiu Tang,one dose each day;42 cases of the observation group were treated by bee needles based on the prescrption,once each three days.To observe clinical effects,the scores of quality of life,the levels of IL-4,IL-10,TNF-αand others before and after treating in both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%(39/42),higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);the difference showed no statistical meaning in the levels of IL-4,IL-10,TNF-αand others before treating between both groups(P>0.05);the difference had statistical meaning within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical meaning in the scores of somatic pain,physiological function,physiological role and total health(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Zhiqiu Tang in combination with bee needles in the treatment for anaphylactic rhinitis could obtain notable effects,and the therapy could effectively regulate the levels of inflammatory factors of the patients and improve quality of life.
