中药熏香联合西药对慢性肾衰竭患者抑郁焦虑状态及治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏香联合西药对慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者抑郁焦虑状态及治疗效果的影响。方法:将91例患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组46例及观察组45例,对照组给予传统西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药熏香治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后抑郁焦虑状态及肾功能指标变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为91.11%,对照组为78.26%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁状态评分及肾功能各指标治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏香联合西药治疗CRF临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者抑郁焦虑状态及肾功能。Objective:To observe the effects of herbal incense and Western medicine on anxiety,depression state and therapeutic effects for the patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:All 91 patients were randomized into 46 cases of the control group and 45 cases of the observation group in light of visiting order,the control group took traditional Western medicine,and the observation group accepted herbal incence based on Western medicine,to compare clinical effects,anxiety,depression states and renal function indexes before and after treating between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,higher than 78.26% of the control group,and the difference was significant between both groups(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the scores of anxiety and depression states and the indexes of renal function between both groups before treating(P>0.05),after treating,the difference demonstrated statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);the difference could be found between both groups before and after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal incense and Western medicine are effective in treating CRF,it could effectively improve anxiety,depression state and renal function in the patients.
