消瘀止痛膏结合冰敷对胫腓骨中段闭合骨折软组织肿胀及并发症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究消瘀止痛膏结合冰敷对改善胫腓骨中段闭合骨折软组织肿胀及并发症的影响。方法:以2015年8月至2016年8月行常规护理处理的84例胫腓骨中段闭合骨折患者为对照组,以2016年9月至2017年9月行消瘀止痛膏结合冰敷处理的84例胫腓骨中段闭合骨折患者为观察组。对比2组软组织肿胀情况、疼痛情况及并发症发生率。结果:观察组第2、4、6、8、10天肿胀程度均轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛程度观察组第2天与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第4、6、8、10天疼痛程度均轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将消瘀止痛膏联合冰敷应用于胫腓骨中段闭合骨折患者可有效改善软组织肿胀情况,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To survey the influence of stagnation-eliminating pain-stopping ointment joined with ice compress on improving the complications and soft tissue swelling in closed fracture of middle tibiofibula.Methods:All 84 patients who received conventional care from August,2015 to August,2016 were selected as the control group,another 84 patients who performed stagnation-eliminating pain-stopping ointment joined with ice compress from September,2016 to September,2017 as the observation group.To compare soft tissue swelling,pain degrees and complication incidences between both groups.Results:Swelling degrees of the observation group were lighter than these of the control group at the second,forth,sixth,eighth and tenth day,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).There was no signficant difference in pain degrees when the observation group was compared with the control group at the second day(P>0.05),lighter than the control group in pain degrees at the forth,sixth,eighth and tenth day,and the difference could be found(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in complication incidences,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stagnationeliminating pain-stopping ointment joined with ice compress applying to closed fracture of middle tibiofibula could effectively improve soft tissue swelling conditions,attenuate pain and lower complication incidences.
