摘  要:二氟甲烷是一种理想的含氯氟烃替代物,其具有优异的热力学及环境性能,被广泛应用于制冷行业。本文重点综述了二氯甲烷氟化法生产二氟甲烷的工艺及所用氟化催化剂,介绍了二氟甲烷的纯化方法。在实际生产中,优先选择二氯甲烷气相氟化法,该方法的关键是研制出高性能的催化剂,然后根据二氟甲烷粗品的杂质种类,选择合适的纯化方法,得到高纯度二氟甲烷产品。Difluoromethane is an ideal substitute for chlorofluorocarbons. It has excellent thermodynamic and environmental properties and is widely used in the refrigeration industry. This paper focuses on the review of the difluoromethane production process and the fluorination catalyst used in the dichloromethane fluorination method, and introduces the purification method of difluoromethane. In actual production, the dichloromethane gas phase fluorination method is preferentially selected. The key of this method is to develop a high-performance catalyst, and then select a suitable purification method according to the impurity type of the crude difluoromethane to obtain a high-purity difluoromethane product.
