摘  要:重组人骨形态发生蛋白2及重组人骨形态发生蛋白7为目前四肢骨折及脊柱融合术后等需促进成骨代谢的药物,因价格高及一定的副作用对其在医学临床实践中的应用产生了不利影响。本文综述了白三烯类及相关作用于5-脂氧合酶途径和半胱氨酰白三烯类受体药物对骨折后修复的调控作用。寻找新的加快骨折愈合、缩短住院时间及减少并发症的治疗药物对于减轻患者及社会的负担具有重要的意义。Currently, recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2 and recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 7 have been approved for the promotion of bone formation metabolism after limb fracture and spinal fusion, but their high price and related side effects limit their wide application in clinical practice.Leukotrienes and their related effects on the 5-lipoxygenase pathway and cysteine leukotrienes receptors are reviewed in this paper.It is of great significance to find new therapeutic drugs to accelerate fracture healing, shorten hospitalization time and reduce complications in order to release the burden on patients and society.
