摘 要:基于手工计算,对汽车座椅手动调角器卷簧的设计和材料选择进行研究。结果表明:汽车座椅手动调角器卷簧的设计不能按照JB/T 7366-1994标准中给定的方法进行正向设计,需要根据汽车座椅卷簧的外形尺寸需要,确定一些基本参数后,进行反向设计,进而确定卷簧的材料、尺寸等参数。此外,在备选的50CrVA、65Mn和60Si2Mn三种材料中,采用60Si2Mn设计和制造的汽车座椅手动调角器卷簧,其性能最佳。The design along with the material for the recliner spiral spring of the auto seat was investigated based on manual calculation. The results show that the design of the manual recliner spiral spring for the auto seat can not completely follow the standard of JB/T 7366-1994 with the forward design method. A reversal design should be used for the recliner spiral spring via taking its physical dimension and some parameters into consideration. Then, the other parameters of the spring, such as spring material and physical dimension, could be determined. In addition, among the candidate materials, 50 CrVA,65 Mn and 60 Si2 Mn, the last one was the most suitable for the design and manufacture of the recliner spiral spring.
