摘　　要：轮胎是影响车辆通过性、平顺性、操纵稳定性和可靠性的重要因素,因此轮胎防破损及破损后的安全行驶性能至关重要。根据野外运输的要求,设计一种用于电子设备运输的新型网络防爆轮胎,通过在软件中建立轮胎的有限元模型,进行了强度和变形仿真分析,实现了其结构及性能的优化。Tire is an important factor for trafficability, ride, control stability and reliability,so tire breakage-proof and safe driving performance after tire breakage are of great concern.For meeting the demand of field transport, a new safety tire was designed for electronic equipments transportation. Its simulation model was established in finite element software. The strength analyses and deformation analyses were completed.Its structure and performance are improved.
