摘  要:锁扣钢管桩围堰选型灵活、制造工艺简单,可以为深埋大型承台施工提供可靠的施工作业空间,广泛应用于具有较厚覆盖层的深水基础施工。结合渠江双塔斜拉桥主墩承台坐落于裸露基岩上的特点,提出了深水裸岩大型锁扣钢管桩围堰设计方法,采用MIDAS有限元软件分析计算锁扣钢管桩围堰的强度和稳定性。计算结果和实际施工表明,该围堰设计方案满足规范要求和施工需要,可供类似工程参考。The lock-type steel-tube pile cofferdam is flexible in type-choice and simple in manufacturing process, which can provide the reliable construction operation clearance for the construction of large-type bearing platforms and is widely applicable to the construction of deep-water foundation with deep covering layers. With the characteristicstaken into account that the main pier cap of Qujiang double-tower cable-stayed bridge is located on the exposed bedrock, put forward in the present paper is the design method for the large-type lock steel-tube pile cofferdam on the exposed bedrock of deep water, and the finite element software Midas is used to analyze and calculate the strength and stability of the lock steel-tube pile cofferdam. The results of the calculation and the practical construction show that the designed scheme of the cofferdam meets the requirements of the code and the needs of the construction. The project may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
