摘 要:结合我国水资源调配工程中的渡槽设计与施工过程,详细总结弧角矩形渡槽移动模架法施工关键技术。通过现场施工过程中的造槽机拼装、预压、墩顶散模加工等工艺控制和水工混凝土质量控制,成功完成漆水河14孔渡槽浇筑施工。对采用造槽机法施工的24 m、30 m、40 m等不同跨度的矩形、U型、梯形渡槽工程施工,具有较高的参考意义。Upon the basis of considering the design and construction processes of aqueducts among the water resources-allocating projects in our country, the key techniques for the construction of arc-cornered rectangular aqueducts built by the movable mold base method are summed up in detail in the present paper. Through the application of arc angle rectangular aqueduct in water conservancy project, through adopting the technological control techniques such as the assembly of slot makers in the process of the site construction, the pre-pressurizing, the processing of separate molds at the top of piers and the like, and the quality control of concrete for hydraulic structures, the 14 spans of aqueducts over the Qishuihe River are successfully completed. The successful completion of the project may well serve as a highly valuable reference for the construction of other aqueducts to be built by the movable mold base method, no matter whether they are 24 m,30 m,40 m, or others in spanning width, and no matter whether they are rectangular, U-shaped and trapezoid.
