摘 要:新建张吉怀铁路南山大桥(40+60+40)m连续梁为一变高、变宽、超高墩道岔连续梁,因现场施工技术条件限制,采用了钢管贝雷支架+盘扣满堂支架施工方案。针对该支架方案结构及荷载复杂、施工安全风险大、成本高等特点,采用了等荷载分割等方法对其进行优化设计,以及等效结构法对支架结构进行强度、刚度和稳定性计算,其整体稳定性则主要通过格构钢管体系的整体稳定性计算来评估,并且采用合适的安全控制措施,确保了该桥施工安全有序可控等。The Nanshan Bridge of the newly-built Zhangjihuai Railway is built of a turnout continuous beam(40 m+60 m+40 m) with variable beam heights, beam widths and super-tall piers. Due to the limitation of the technical conditions of the construction site, a construction support scheme of the steel tube Bailey beams+the full-width disk lock steel tubular scaffold is adopted for the project. Aiming at taking into account the fact that the support scheme is complex in structure and loads, great in safety risks, and high in costs, the equal-load-dividing method is used to optimize its design, and the equivalent-structure method is used to calculate its strength, stiffness and stability. The global structural stability of the whole support structure is evaluated through calculating the stability of its lattice steel tube system, with appropriate safety control measures taken, in which case the construction of the bridge is ensured in a safe, orderly and controllable way.
