预应力简支箱梁制架装备改进研究与应用

摘　　要：为满足现代铁路预制梁场专业化生产要求,提升预制箱梁的标准化、机械化、专业化生产水平,结合京雄城际铁路工程项目,对提梁机、运梁车、架桥机等箱梁制架设备,整体式液压自驱内模、钢筋整体绑扎胎具、可平移收缩式钢管蒸养棚、多功能钢筋笼吊具、预应力张拉架、制梁台座钢支墩、自动喷淋养护系统及静载试验自动控制平台等箱梁预制工装进行系统的改进。既保证箱梁安全生产和质量控制,又可提高生产效率、降低施工成本,现场应用情况良好。In order to meet the requirements of professional production in modern railway prefabricated beam factories and improve the standardization, mechanization and professional production level of prefabricating box girders, the box girder prefabricating-erecting equipments, such as girder-lifting machines, girder-transporting vehicles, bridge-erecting machines, integral hydraulic self-driving internal formwork, integral reinforcement-binding moulds, translational and contractible steel-tube steam curing sheds, multifunctional reinforcement cage slings, pre-stressing tensioning frames, steel buttresses of beam-making pedestals, automatic spray curing systems and static load test automatic control platforms and the like are systematically improved in the present paper upon the basis of taking the Beijing-Xiongan Inter-city Railway Projects as practical examples. Such improvement helps not only ensure the safe production and quality control of box girders,but also better the production efficiency and reduce the costs of production, with very good results of site application achieved.
