摘 要:依托广州地铁18号线番禺广场南村万博区间中间风井基坑项目,针对双轮铣槽机在上软下硬复合地层成槽进尺慢的情况,提出先引孔后铣槽的解决方案。实践表明:采用旋挖钻+双轮铣槽机工艺能够明显提高成槽工效,旋挖钻机在硬岩中引孔工效为0.34~0.71 m/h,引孔工效是冲击钻的3~6倍左右;采用旋挖钻引孔的成槽天数明显比未引孔及冲击钻引孔更少;采用旋挖钻引孔不占用槽段施工总工期,引孔后减少了双轮铣铣槽工作量,旋挖钻引孔后比冲击钻引孔后在中风化花岗岩的铣槽工效高3.7倍左右,在微风化花岗岩的铣槽工效高5.4倍左右。采用双轮铣槽机与旋挖钻机引孔配合技术在地铁围护结构施工中起到了良好的效果。With the project of the foundation pit of the intermediate air shaft in Nancun Wanbo Section of Panyu Square of Line 18 of Guangzhou Metro as a practical example,and aiming at solving the problem of the slow grooving progress of double-wheel grooving machine in the upper soft and lower hard composite stratum, the solution scheme of first drilling pilot holes and then milling grooves is put forward in the present paper. Practice shows that the technology of the rotary drilling in combination with the double-wheel milling machine can obviously improve the efficiency of grooving, in which case the efficiency of the rotary drilling machine in hard rock is 0.34-0.71 m/h, and the efficiency of drilling is about 3-6 times that of the percussive drilling;the number of days of grooving by rotary drilling is obviously less than that of non-drilling and percussive drilling;the use of rotary drilling pilots does not occupy the total construction duration of the slot section. Drilling pilot holes reduces the workload of the double-wheel milling grooves. The efficiency of the rotary groove-drilling is 3.7 times higher than that of the impact groove-drilling after holes are drilled in medium weathered granite and 5.4 times higher than in micro-weathered granite. The application of the technology of the double-wheel grooving machine in combination with the rotary drilling machine to the construction of Metro enclosure structures achieves good results.
