摘 要:配电网自愈控制作为智能配电网的发展方向,其主要功能--自我预防与自我恢复之间联系较少,缺少纽带。基于此,通过分析自愈控制技术的目标、实施基础与条件及自愈控制与有限广域保护的相似点与共同需求,提出一种基于配电网有限广域保护的新型自愈控制方式。该方案通过自愈控制与有限广域保护的融合,促进各项技术间的数据共享、指令互通,提高系统各环节的衔接效率及各设备的运行效率,使配电网更智能、更高效、更经济。As the development direction of intelligent distribution network,self-healing control of distribution network has few links between self-prevention and self-recovery.Based on this,a new self-healing control method based on limited wide-area protection of distribution network is proposed by analyzing the target,implementation basis and conditions of self-healing control technology and the similarities and common requirements of self-healing control and limited wide-area protection.Through the integration of self-healing control and limited wide-area protection,the scheme promotes data sharing and command exchange among various technologies,improves the connection efficiency of all links of the system and the operation efficiency of all equipment,and makes the distribution network more intelligent,efficient and economical.
