摘 要:针对传统断路器在进行投/切时可能产生合闸涌流、合闸过电压等问题,提出一种基于晶闸管控制的复合型断路器,该复合型断路器将传统的机械开关与电力电子元件相结合,实现了以弱电控制强电的效果,既提高了开关的性能又增加了设备的安全性。介绍了合闸涌流、合闸过电压的产生原因,并阐述了该复合型断路器工作原理。最后采用Simulink仿真软件对该复合型断路器进行仿真模拟,验证了该复合型断路器的合理性与可行性。Switching inrush current and switching overvoltage are generated when the traditional circuit breaker is on or off.The safety of equipment and stability of power grid will be seriously affected by switching inrush current and switching overvoltage.In order to solve this problem,a compound circuit breaker based on thyristor control is proposed in this paper.The compound circuit breaker combines the traditional mechanical switch with power electronic components,and achieves the effect of weak current controlling strong current,improving the performance of the switch and the safety of the equipment.The causes of switching inrush current and switching overvoltage are introduced,and the working principle of the compound circuit breaker is expounded.Finally,the Simulink simulation software is used to simulate the composite circuit breaker,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the composite circuit breaker.
