摘  要:针对现有继电保护故障信息系统数据来源不足、功能单一等问题,提出了一种基于多源信息融合的继电保护故障信息智能诊断分析方法。该方法融合EMS系统、WAMS系统、继电保护故障信息系统等多源数据。提出了系统的硬软件架构,重点探讨了故障诊断分析方法、二次设备统一模型、故障录波数据处理、开关及保护动作评价等技术。开发的系统有效综合了保护动作信息、SOE开关动作信息、故障录波报文等,可利用多源数据进行故障综合分析,为实现调度辅助决策提供技术支撑。Aiming at the problems of insufficient data sources and lack of functions of existing relay protection fault information system,an intelligent diagnosis and analysis method of relay protection fault information based on multi-source information fusion was proposed.This method integrated EMS system,WAMS system,relay protection fault information system and other source data.The hardware and software architecture of the system was proposed.The method of fault diagnosis analysis,unified model of secondary equipment,fault recording data processing,switch and protection action evaluation were discussed.The developed system effectively synthesized protection action information,SOE switch action information,fault recording message,etc.It could realize the fault comprehensive analysis using multi-source data and provide technical support for dispatching assistant decision-making.
