变压器油密封取样接头的研制与应用分析

摘　　要：在变电站内,为了对变压器进行监测,通常会对变压器内绝缘油进行密封取样,但是传统的密封取样接头无法满足绝缘油取样时的密封性需求,而且在取样过程中常需反复取油,或者出现漏油、渗油等情况。为了解决这些问题,介绍一种新型取样接头。实践表明,该取样接头不仅能满足密封取样需求,而且简化了取样操作,节省了人力和时间。In substation,in order to supervise the transformer,the insulation oil in the transformer is usually sampled.However,the traditional sealed sampling joint cannot meet the sealing requirement of insulating oil sampling,and in the sampling process,it is often necessary to repeatedly take oil,or oil leakage,etc.In order to solve the above problems,a new developed sampling joint is was introduced in this paper.Practice shows showed that the sampling joint can could effectively solve the above problems,not only meet the requirements of sealed sampling,but also simplify the sampling operation and save a lot of manpower and time.
