摘  要:某抽水蓄能电站运行1年多,#1SFC输入变压器出现C2H2含量超标问题。通过对油样检测数据的跟踪分析,判定变压器内部存在电弧放电现象。先采取真空循环滤油方法保证变压器安全稳定运行,再采取变压器吊芯检修措施有效解决变压器C2H2含量超标问题。A pumped storage power station had been in operation for more than 1 year and the problem of excessive acetylene content of No.1 SFC input transformer was occurred.Through tracking and analyzing of the testing data of oil samples,the presence of arcing inside the transformer was determined.Firstly,the method of vacuum circulation oil filtering was adopted to ensure the safe running of the transformer.Then,the maintenance of the transformer by hoisting core was adopted and the problem of excessive C2H2 content of transformer was effectively controlled.
