摘  要:分析了一起小电流接地选线装置误动作事故,通过检查确定事故原因为此选线装置动作时不具备方向判别功能,只选择5次谐波零序电流最大的。通过技改为中性点经小电阻接地,利用保护装置的零序电流保护实现单相接地跳闸功能,避免了此类问题的再次发生。A misoperation accident of a small current grounding line selection device was analyzed.Through inspection and analysis,it is determined that the cause of the accident was that this line selection device did not have the function of direction discrimination when it operated,and only selected the one with the maximum 5 harmonic zero sequence current.By changing the neutral point to be grounded through small resistance and using the zero sequence current protection of the protection device to realize the single-phase grounding trip function,the reoccurrence of such problems was avoided.
