摘  要:220 kV电阻型超导限流器的高压套管用于实现超导线圈与外部电网的电气连接,与此同时满足从液氮温区(77 K)至室温环境的温度过渡。设计的高压套管额定传输电流为交流1.5 kA,额定电压为220 kV;套管采用电容式复合绝缘结构,包含30层电容屏;设计的低温端运行温度为70 K,运行工作压力为0.5 MPa。试验结果表明,研制的套管满足395 kV/1 min短时工频耐压、950 kV雷电冲击耐压和750 kV操作冲击耐压。The high voltage bushing of 220 kV resistive superconducting current limiter is used for the electrical connection between superconducting coil and external power grid,at the same time to realize the temperature transition from liquid nitrogen temperature(77 K)to room temperature environment.The rated transmission current of the high-voltage bushing is 1.5 kA and the rated voltage is 220 kV.The bushing adopts a capacitive composite insulation structure with 30 capacitive screens.The operating temperature of the low-temperature terminal is 70 K and the operating pressure is 0.5 MPa.The experimental results show that the developed bushing meets the requirements of 395 kV/1 min short time power frequency withstand voltage,950 kV lightning impulse and 750 kV operation impulse withstand voltage tests.
