摘　　要：安全是煤矿生产的前提和基础,是制约矿井可持续发展的瓶颈;如何搞好煤矿安全质量标准化工作成为科技工作者关注的重点和热点。煤矿安全质量标准化工作是安全生产工作的基础,通过总结分析国内煤矿安全质量标准化建设发展历程和成功经验,确立矿井安全质量标准化建设目标、原则和思路,并应用戴明原理对魏家地煤矿的安全质量标准化建设进行了分析探讨,构建了“横向到边、纵向到底”的安全质量标准化管理体系,实现了矿井安全生产连续2000多天的好成绩,为矿井的安全发展提供了理论依据和技术支撑。Safety is the precondition and foundation of coal mine production and the bottleneck of restricting the sustainable development of coal mine. How to standardize the safety and quality of coal mine has become the focus of scientific and technological workers. The standardization of safety and quality in coal mines is the basis of safety work. Based on the development course and successful experience of the standardization of safety and quality in coal mines, this paper defines the objectives, principles and ideas of the standardization of safety and quality in coal mines. The construction of safety and quality standardization in Weijiadi Coal Mine is analyzed and discussed with Daiming principle, and the construction of “horizontal to side, vertical to side” is constructed. The “bottom” standardized management system of safety and quality provides theoretical support for the safety development of mines.
