摘  要:榆林气田随着开发时间延长,气井压力、产量逐年降低。在冬季低温条件下,传统型泡排剂不易起泡,造成排水效果变弱,使得油气田开发效果变差,效益降低。为此,根据常用的防冻剂性能及榆林气田部分开采数据,进行新型防冻泡排剂室内试验研究。新型起泡剂按产水量计算用量在200-400g/L,起泡率、稳泡性及携液性均较大提高,在200g/L时排出起泡剂溶液凝点为-10℃,400g/L时排出起泡剂溶液凝点低于-25℃,满足现场的温度条件。with the long delaying development and the higher pressure, the anniversary production of Yu-Lin Gas Field is reducing. Because of the lower temperature in the winter, the traditional foam scrubbing agent is not easy to foam that makes a poor drainage effect, lower developing and decreasing benefits. According to the common anti-freezer properties and parts of some development data, put forward a new anti-freezing foam scrubbing agent laboratory experimental study. Computed with the water production,when the new foam agent consumption is 200-400 g/L,the roaming ration, foam stability and water carrying ability is greatly improved. When the foam agent consumption is 200 g/L, the freezing point of foam agent can reach to-10℃, and when it is 400 g/L, it can reach to -25℃, which both satisfy the site temperature condition.
