摘 要:为了提高乏风引风系统的效率,改进了高河矿乏风引风装置,并数值分析了引风系统改进前后的主通风机阻力、乏风气流运动轨迹、RTO运行时乏风甲烷浓度等,计算分析表明:乏风引风罩仅增加额外40 Pa静压,对矿井主通风机通风无影响;改进后引风系统新鲜空气进入量约0.8%,引风罩漏气影响不大。改进后的引风系统未改变扩散塔结构,且引风阻力小,满足RTO引风的需要。In order to improve the efficiency of the exhaust ventilation system,the exhaust ventilation device of gaohe mine was improved,and the main fan resistance,the movement trajectory of the exhaust air flow,and the methane concentration of the exhaust air before and after the improvement of the exhaust ventilation system were numerically analyzed.The calculation and analysis showed that:The low wind hood is only added extra 40 Pa static pressure.After the improvement,the fresh air intake of the air intake system was about 0.8%,and the air leakage in the air intake hood had little impact.The improved air diversion system has not changed the structure of the diffusion tower,and the air diversion resistance is small,meeting the needs of RTO.
