摘 要:以我国30个省(区、市)面板数据为研究对象,首先运用DEA-BCC模型对2006-2015年30个省(区、市)煤炭资源利用效率进行测算,然后利用ESDA方法对煤炭利用效率的空间相关性进行分析,最后通过SEM模型分析影响煤炭利用效率的影响因素。研究结果表明:我国当前煤炭资源利用效率水平较低,仅有北京、上海、福建、湖南4个省(市)综合效率值达到1,其他26个省(区、市)均有不同程度无效率状态,仍有提升空间;我国30个省(区、市)煤炭资源利用效率呈现正向空间自相关性,且存在明显的集聚状态,近邻效应显著;煤炭资源利用效率的主要影响因素是经济发展水平、技术进步、外商投资、对外开发水平、产业结构和交通成本。Taking the panel data of 30 provinces in China as the research objects,the DEA-BCC model was used to measure the coal resource utilization efficiency of 30 provinces and cities in 2006-2015,and ESDA was used to analyze the spatial correlation of coal utilization efficiency,and SEM model was used to analyze the influencing factors affecting coal utilization efficiency.The results showed that China's current utilization efficiency of coal resources is relatively low.Only four provinces or cities in Beijing,Shanghai,Fujian and Hunan have a comprehensive efficiency value of 1,and the other 26 provinces have different degrees of inefficiency.There is still room for improvement.The coal resource utilization efficiency of 30 provinces and cities in China showed positive spatial autocorrelation,and there was obvious agglomeration state,and the neighbor effect was significant.The main influencing factors of coal resource utilization efficiency were economic development level,technological progress,foreign investment,external development level,industrial structure and transportation costs.
