摘 要:采用电化学方法和形貌分析研究了真空条件下2205双相不锈钢在NaCl溶液中的点蚀和再钝化行为。结果表明:(1)2205双相不锈钢在真空度为60 kPa的50 g/L NaCl溶液中的临界点蚀温度和再钝化温度均在55℃~60℃之间;(2)随着NaCl浓度(50 g/L^300 g/L)的增加,2205双相不锈钢的临界点蚀温度和再钝化温度变化不明显,但其击穿电位和再钝化电位的值均减小,更容易遭受点蚀破坏;(3)在温度低于临界点蚀温度的30℃下,2205双相不锈钢在不同点蚀发展程度下(强制回扫电流密度0.01 mA/cm^2~5.00 mA/cm^2)均具有良好的再钝化能力。The pitting and repassivation behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel in NaCl solution under vacuum condition are studied using electrochmical method and morphology analysis.The results show that:(1)the critical pitting temperature and the repassivation temperature of 2205 duplex stainless steel in a 50 g/L NaCl solution under the vacuum degree of 60 kPa are between 55℃~60℃;(2)with the increase of NaCl concentration in the range of 50 g/L^300 g/L,the critical pitting temperature and repassivation temperature of 2205 duplex stainless steel have no obvious change,however,the values of its breakdown potential and repassivation potential decreases,as a result it is easier to suffer pitting damage;(3)when the backward scanning current density is setted in the range of 0.01 mA/cm^2~5.00 mA/cm^2,2205 duplex stainless steel exhibited good repassivation ability in 50 g/L NaCl solution with a vacuum degree of 60 kPa at 30℃ below the critical pitting temperature.
