摘　　要：结合工程实际,对我国夏热冬冷地区绿色科技住宅建筑围护结构系统的节能优化设计和施工进行了研究,并提出了相应的解决措施。示范项目的应用表明,该优化设计方案具有良好的节能效果,对类似建设项目具有一定的借鉴意义。Combined with the engineering practice,this paper studies the energy-saving optimization design and construction of the building envelope system of green technology residence in hot summer and cold winter areas in China,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The application of the demonstration project shows that the optimized design scheme has good energy-saving effect,and has certain reference significance for similar construction projects.
