摘　　要：CLEPC模式是指以施工总承包为责任主体的EPC总承包模式。为做好CLEPC模式下的设计管理工作,结合工程实践,围绕进度控制、质量控制、成本控制三大要素,通过PDCA循环法做好设计管理,并采取桩基先行、设置关门节点、运用BIM协同技术、多团队专业深化、分阶段成本控制等一系列手段,最终使项目的方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计、深化设计4个阶段均按计划完成相关设计工作。The CLEPC mode refers to the EPC mode with the construction general contracting as the main body of responsibility.For better design management under the CLEPC mode,combined with the engineering practice,focusing on the three elements of progress control,quality control and cost control,the PDCA cycle method is adopted in the design management.A series of means such as pile foundation first,setting the closing node,using BIM collaborative technology,multi-team professional deepening,phased cost control are adopted,and finally the four stages of all related project of the conceptual design,the preliminary design,the construction drawing design and the deepening design are completed as planned.
