棉氨袜衬垫组织袜口拉伸性能研究

摘  要:对女士棉氨短袜的袜口拉伸性能进行了研究。测试了不同衬垫组织、氨纶丝排列的不同间距,以及不同伸长率条件下袜口的拉伸力和弹性回复率。发现:棉氨短袜袜口的弹性回复率主要受到伸长率影响,其他条件相同时,袜口弹性回复率随伸长率增大而减小;拉伸力受到袜口组织结构、伸长率和氨纶丝间距3个因素影响,其他条件相同时,拉伸力随伸长率的增大而增大;1+1衬垫组织的袜口比3+1衬垫组织袜口的拉伸力小;氨纶丝排列的间距越大,袜口受到的拉伸力越小。The tensile properties of the padded cotton/ammonia sock top are studied.The tensile force and elastic recovery rate of the sock top with different pad tissue,different spacing of spandex silk arrangement and different elongation rates are tested.It is found that the elastic recovery rate of the sock top is mainly affected by the elongation rate.The elastic recovery rate of the sock top decreases with the increasing of the elongation rate when the other conditions are the same.The tensile force is affected by three factors:the structure of the sock top,the elongation and the spacing of the spandex silk.When the other conditions are the same,the tensile force increases as the elongation increases.The tensile force of the sock top with the 1+1 pad tissue is less than that with the 3+1 pad issue.The larger is the spacing of spandex silk arrangement,the less is the tensile force of the sock top.
