复合微量元素添加水平对羔羊生长性能和日粮养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：为了解不同水平微量元素对羔羊生长性能和养分消化率的影响,本试验选取40只30日龄新疆细毛羊羔羊,随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,每组10只羔羊,在基础日粮中分别添加需要量上限0%、25%、50%和100%的复合微量元素预混料。结果表明:试验Ⅲ组平均日增重与试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组平均日增重相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组日粮干物质、粗蛋白、酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05),与试验Ⅱ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组日粮中性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析得出,铁、铜、锰、锌、碘、硒和钴的补饲量分别为23.00、5.20、12.00、14.00、0.12、0.08、0.096毫克/千克,对提高羔羊生长性能的效果较好。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of trace elements levels on the growth performance and digestibility of lambs.40 Xinjiang Fine-wool lambs(about 35±5 days of age)were randomly divided into four groups(ten in each group).Trace elements were added to the basic diets of the control group(0%),groupⅠ(25%),groupⅡ(50%)and groupⅢ(100%),respectively.The results showed that the average daily gain of groupⅢwas significantly different from that of groupⅠ,groupⅡand control group(P<0.05),while the average daily gain of groupⅠ,groupⅡand control group was not significantly different(P>0.05);The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and acid detergent fiber in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠand control group(P<0.05),with no significant difference from groupⅡ(P>0.05),and groupⅠ,groupⅡand control group were no significant(P>0.05);The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ,groupⅡand control group(P<0.05),and groupⅠ,groupⅡand control group were no significant(P>0.05).The comprehensive analysis showed that the supplemental feeding amounts of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,I,Se and Co were 23.00,5.20,12.00,14.00,0.12,0.08 and 0.096 mg/kg respectively,which had a good effect on improving the growth performance of lambs.
