摘 要:生长素作为一个不可或缺的因子调控着植物器官发育、形态建成和抗逆应答等生理过程。磷脂分子是细胞膜的重要组分。磷脂酶作用于膜脂产生脂类小分子,参与感受、应答细胞外的刺激和胁迫。近些年研究表明,磷脂也是生长素信号通路的重要调控分子。本文综述了磷脂信号介导的生长素极性运输的调控特征、靶蛋白及其分子机制。在此基础上,着重介绍过去十年来磷脂信号在应答外界胁迫和调节生长发育方面的重要进展,旨在为磷脂信号和生长素的深入研究提供参考。Auxin serves an irreplaceable function in the regulation of diverse physiological processes,including organogenesis,morphogenesis,and the responses to external stresses.Phospholipids are vital components for the cell membrane,and are metabolized by phospholipase to generate lipid molecules,which are involved in sensing and responding to the external stimuli and stresses.Recent studies reveal that phospholipids are the key regulators in the auxin signaling pathway.In this review,an overview of the phospholipids-mediated auxin transport,including the regulation features,targeted proteins,and molecular mechanisms,was summarized.Based on this,the recent advances,especially in the responses to external stresses and developmental stimuli,were discussed,in order to support references for the further study.
