摘  要:针对大容量导电插件电阻测试难题及发展趋势,文章提出了一种基于冲击大电流接触电阻测量方法,并以此开发了电阻测量的硬件装置,同时设计了该装置的软件系统。对GIS中的SF 6断路器的接触电阻进行了测量,结果表明该方法和测量装置准确可靠。In view of the difficulty and development trend of resistance measurement for large capacity conductive plug-ins,a method for measuring contact resistance based on impulse current is proposed.Based on this method,a hardware device for resistance measurement is developed.At the same time,the software system of the device is designed.The contact resistance of SF 6 circuit breaker in GIS is measured.The results show that the method and measurement device are accurate and reliable.
