摘　　要：文章分析了宝钢某连铸机结晶器液位控制系统改造的实际情况,提出了一种模糊PID辅助控制的方法。在保留原控制系统稳定性的基础上,使用模糊PID的方法进行辅助控制,提高了系统的动态性能与鲁棒性,达到了较好的控制效果。In this paper,the actual situation of the modification of the mold level control system of a continuous caster in Baosteel is analyzed.A method of fuzzy PID auxiliary control is proposed.On the basis of retaining the stability of the original control system,the fuzzy PID method is used for auxiliary control,which improves the dynamic performance and robustness of the system and achieves better control effect.
