摘　　要：为切实解决供电所信息通信网络存在的问题,推进供电所信息通信网络建设,国网古田县供电公司将按照网省公司"专用光纤和租用通道"相结合的技术要求,采取"两步走"措施,进行网络带宽质量较差的供电所改造和网络质量提升管理。文章主要介绍了信息通信网络建设的步骤、要求、实施原则等,并分析了实施效果。In order to effectively solve the problems of the information communication network of the power supply station and promote the construction of the information communication network of the power supply station,the State Grid Gutian Power Supply Company will adopt the "two-step walk" measures in accordance with the technical requirements of the "provide optical fiber and leased channels" of the provincial network company to carry out the reconstruction of the power supply station with poor network bandwidth quality and the management of network quality improvement.The steps,requirements,implementation principles,etc.of information communication network construction were introduced and the implementation effects were analyzed.
