摘　　要：文章针对电厂正压直吹式制粉系统BBD系列球磨机衬板寿命短、能耗高的问题,提出了一种全新节能衬板,并对其材质、波形与布置进行深入分析,最后通过试验论证其经济效益。In view of the problems of short service life and high energy consumption of BBD series ball mill liner in the positive pressure direct-blown pulverizing system of power plant,a new energy-saving liner is put forward.Its material,waveform and layout are thoroughly analyzed.Finally,its economic benefits are demonstrated through experiments.
