摘 要:利用蒸氨法制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂,同时以Cu/SiO2为前基体,采用等体积浸渍法分别负载Fe、Mn、Cr 3种活性金属,考察了Cu/SiO2、Fe-Cu/SiO2、Mn-Cu/SiO2、Cr-Cu/SiO2催化剂对大庆常顶油品脱砷性能的影响。利用BET、FT-IR、TEM、XRD、XRF、H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,本体型Cu/SiO2催化剂及双金属负载型Fe-Cu/SiO2、Mn-Cu/SiO2、Cr-Cu/SiO2催化剂的脱砷效果均优于工业剂。相比工业剂,Cu/SiO2拥有更为优异的织构性质及分散性能,而对于双金属脱砷剂而言,二次负载的活性金属Fe、Mn、Cr均促进了Cu物种在Cu/Si O2体相的进一步分散,同时增强了催化剂体系的氧化性能,其中氧化性最强的Cr-Cu/SiO2表现出了最佳的脱砷效果,脱砷率为99.19%。Cu/SiO2c atalyst is prepared via ammonia evaporation method.Using Cu/SiO2 as precursor,Fe,Mn and Cr as active metals are respectively loaded by equal volume impregnation method.The influences of Cu/SiO2,Fe-Cu/SiO2,Mn-Cu/SiO2 and Cr-Cu/SiO2 catalysts on the arsenic removal efficiency of Daqing atmospheric distillation tower top oil are investigated.These catalysts are also characterized by BET,FT-IR,TEM,XRD,XRF and H2-TPR.The results indicate that the arsenic removal efficiency by Cu/SiO2,Fe-Cu/SiO2,Mn-Cu/SiO2 and Cr-Cu/SiO2 catalysts are all better than the current commercial catalysts.Compared with commercial catalysts,Cu/SiO2 possesses the better texture and dispersion properties,which can improve its arsenic removal and adsorption performance.As for bimetallic arsenic removal catalysts,the secondary loaded active metals such as Fe,Mn and Cr all can promote the further dispersion of copper species in the Cu/SiO2 catalyst,thereby improving the performance of arsenic removal.In addition,the redox performance of Cu/SiO2 system is enhanced by the secondary loading metal,which has an effect on the arsenic removal performance.Among them,Cr-Cu/SiO2 has the strongest reducing ability and exhibits the best arsenic removal effect,with a 99.19%of arsenic removal rate.
