从寰枢关节错位探讨中医复位手法的研究进展

摘　　要：以清华大学中国学术文献网络出版总库(CNKI)为基础收集寰枢关节错位文献资料,发现寰枢关节错位的中医复位手法具体操作要点的研究文献数量较少,实验设计深入不足;今后寰枢关节错位的中医复位手法研究应从生物力学角度出发,针对不同寰枢椎错位采用不同的中医正骨复位手法。Collection of articulatio atlantoepistrophica literature based on CNKI of Tsinghua University,It is found that there are fewer literatures on the specific operation points of TCM reduction maneuver about articulatio atlantoepistrophica;In the future,TCM reduction techniques for articulatio atlantoepistrophica should be studied from a biomechanical point of view,and different TCM bone setting manipulation should be adopted for different articulatio atlantoepistrophica.
