摘　　要：本文主要介绍国内外减重代谢手术后患者的生活质量现状,包括不同测评工具、术后生活质量水平的变化及相关影响因素,旨在为我国医护人员提高患者减重代谢手术后生活质量及建立特异性测评工具提供参考依据。This paper mainly introduced the current status of quality of life among patients after bariatric and metabolic surgery at home and abroad including different assessment tools,changes and influencing factors of quality of life after surgery so as to provide a reference for medical staff of China to improve the quality of life of patients after bariatric and metabolic surgery and develop a specific assessment tool.
