补肾逐瘀汤联合来曲唑治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾逐瘀汤联合来曲唑治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法 选取2017年1月-2019年1月在该院接受治疗的输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用来曲唑片治疗,观察组在对照租基础上采用补肾逐瘀汤治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者治疗效果、中医证候积分、局部体征积分、白介素细胞-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及不良反应;治疗后随访6个月,记录两组自然受孕率、输卵管再通率和流产率。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分、局部体征积分、炎症因子水平均低治疗前低,且观察组患者腹痛、腰骶酸痛、带下异常评分、局部体征积分、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者自然受孕率及输卵管再通率均高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症应用补肾逐瘀汤联合来曲唑治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高自然受孕率及输卵管再通率,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the curative effect of Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with letrozole in treatment of obstructive infertility caused by salpingitis.Methods Eighty patients with obstructive infertility caused by salpingitis treated in Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by letrozole,the patients in observation group were treated by letrozole and Bushen Zhuyu decoction.After 3 months,the curative effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,local sign scores,interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.All the patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment,the rates of natural conception,Fallopian tube recanalization,and abortion in the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,local sign scores,and the levels of inflammatory factors were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment,the incidence rates of abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,abnormal leucorrhea score,local sign score,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The rates of natural conception and Fallopian tube recanalization in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group,abortion rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Bushen Zhuyu decoction combined with letrozole in treatment of obstructive infertility caused by salpingitis is good,the therapy can effectively improve clinic
