摘  要:AP1000核电厂放射性废气系统(WLS)采取真空脱气技术分离放射性废气,脱气塔设计采用差压式液位变送器。某AP1000核电厂调试过程中,此液位变送器频繁在主控室显示坏点,无法正常使用。调试工程师通过排空低压侧水柱,并做量程迁移,改变低压侧引压管位置等方法,最终解决了问题。文中详细介绍了这些改造方法,并通过计算和分析合理地解释了这些现象。对后续AP1000和CAP1400机组脱气塔液位测量系统的设计和安装调试有一定参考意义。Vacuum degasification technology is applied in liquid radwaste system(WLS)of AP1000.Differential pressure type level transmitter is designed in the degasifier.During commissioning of certain AP1000 NPP,this level transmitter cannot work properly,due to bad point in the main control room.With the solution of draining water from low pressure instrument tube,span shifting and relocation of low pressure instrument tube,commissioning engineers find a solution for the issue finally.In the paper,detailed modifications,some calculations and analysis as well as reasonable explanations are introduced,which is useful for design,installation and commissioning of the degasifier level measure system for followup AP1000 and CAP1400 nuclear power plants.
