摘 要:等温松弛电流(Isothermal Relaxation Current,IRC)法属于非破坏性试验,且其不需与电缆出厂时参数进行对比即可判断交联聚乙烯(Crosslinked Polyethylene,XLPE)电缆绝缘老化状态.对测得等温松弛电流数据整理得到I-t曲线,并运用三阶指数函数模型,对试验所得数据进行拟合处理得到不对称钟形曲线和指数函数分峰曲线.结合这三种曲线,与引入的老化因子值对比分析.结果表明,在IRC法评估电缆老化状态时,电缆样品绝缘老化程度与其现役年限的多少具有明显的一致性;在不对称钟形曲线中,当峰值出现位置所对应的时间(横坐标)值越大,表明其老化程度相对越严重.The Isothermal Relaxation Current(IRC)method is a non-destructive test,and it can judge the insulation aging state of Crosslinked Polyethylene(XLPE)cable without comparing the parameters of the cable with the factory.The I-t curve is obtained by measuring the isothermal relaxation current data,and the thirdorder exponential function model is used to fit the experimental data to obtain the asymmetric bell curve and the exponential function peak curve.Combine these three curves and compare them with the values of the introduced aging factors.The results show that when the IRC method is used to evaluate the aging state of the cable,the insulation aging degree of the cable sample is obviously consistent with the number of active service years.In the asymmetric bell curve,the time(abscissa)value corresponding to the peak appearance position is higher.Large,indicating that the degree of aging is relatively more serious.
