摘 要:以某办公楼作为研究对象,研究不同空调系统方案冷热源的设备投资,运用当量满负荷运行时间法对各方案能耗进行计算,得到其运行费用及对环境的影响,并对不同空调系统方案的冷热源采用年经常费法进行分析.结果表明:在经济性方面,风冷热泵冷热水空调系统为最佳方案,太阳能温水-天然气直燃型溴化锂吸收式空调系统次之;在能耗方面,太阳能集热器的日均运行时间超过2 h时,太阳能温水-天然气直燃型溴化锂空调系统为最优方案,风冷热泵冷热水空调系统次之;在环境影响性方面,太阳能温水-天然气直燃溴化锂空调系统对环境污染最小,风冷热泵冷热水空调系统对环境影响最大.综合经济性、能耗性和环境影响性3方面因素,该办公楼采用太阳能温水-天然气直燃型溴化锂空调系统为较好方案.Taking an office building as a research object,the equipment investment for cold and heat sources of different air conditioning system schemes were counted.The energy consumption was calculated by the equivalent full load running time method,and the operating cost and impact on the environment of each scheme were obtained.The annual recurrent expenditure method was used to analyze the cold and heat sources for different air conditioning system schemes,the results show that in terms of economy,air-cooled heat pump cold and hot water air conditioning system is the best scheme,followed by solar energy warm water natural gas direct-fired Lithium bromide absorption air conditioning system.In terms of energy consumption,when the average daily running time of solar collector exceeding two hours,the solar warm water natural gas direct-fired lithium bromide air conditioning system is the optimal solution,and the air-cooled heat pump cold and hot water air conditioning system is the second.In terms of environment impact,the solar warm water natural gas direct-fired lithium bromide air conditioning system has the least environmental pollution and the air-cooled heat pump cold and hot water air conditioning system has the biggest pollution to the environment.Comprehensive economy,energy consumption and environmental impact factors,the office building should adopt solar energy warm water natural gas direct-fired lithium bromide air conditioning system as the best scheme.
