上海市南京西路历史文化风貌区道路步行体验评价指标体系构建

摘　　要：为客观评价历史文化风貌区道路步行体验,以上海市南京西路历史文化风貌区为例,选取区内18条道路,基于实地调查和游客感知问卷调查数据,初步筛选出影响步行体验的31个因子;归类描述因子后,运用因子分析法降维并进行回归分析确定各因子权重,得到3个二级指标及其重要性降序依次为历史文化特色与美观性、舒适性、安全性,构建出历史文化风貌区道路步行体验评价体系,对该类区域道路步行体验的研究和实践具有借鉴和指导意义。Eighteen roads in Shanghai West Nanjing Road Historical and Cultural Scenic Area were taken as examples and 31 factors were chosen based on the field survey and questionnaire data of tourists’perception to study the road walking experience in such kind of areas.After classifying the descriptive factors,the dimensionality was reduced by factor analysis and the weight of each factor was determined by regression analysis.Three secondary indexes,namely,historical and cultural characteristics,aesthetics,comfort and safety,and their descending order of importance were obtained and finally an evaluation system of road walking experience was constructed.This system could provide reference for further researches of road walking experience in areas with historical features.
