摘 要:‘申农I号’猪是一个由‘长白猪’×(‘大白猪’ב二花脸’)为基础群构建的新品系,其血统以及基因组组成是否符合品系培育的预期,需要进行群体结构和基因渗入分析来进行初步的判断。研究选择包括‘申农I号’猪、长白猪、大白猪与二花脸猪群体在内的125个个体为研究对象,基于185657个全基因组范围内的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点进行群体结构与基因渗入分析。群体结构分析结果表明,‘申农I号’猪与大白猪的遗传距离较近,这与杂交模式不相符,且‘申农I号’群体内部遗传距离差异大。基因渗入分析结果表明,‘申农I号’猪从二花脸猪导入的基因可能与繁殖有关,从长白猪导入的基因可能与采食、饲料转化等功能相关,从大白猪导入的基因则主要与免疫相关。研究从分子层面分析了‘申农I号’猪的育种效果,发现‘申农I号’猪没有形成一个稳定的遗传资源,揭示了‘申农I号’猪从不同亲本继承的基因,评价了‘申农I号’猪的育种效果没能达到预期的原因。研究结果为‘申农I号’猪的进一步开发和利用提供参考。‘Shennong I’pigs(SN)was a new strain based on Landrace(L),Yorkshire(Y)and Erhualian(EH).Whether the bloodline and genomic composition of SN was in the line with expectation needed to be evaluated by population structure and introgression analysis.Totally,125 individuals chosen from SN,L,Y and EH were used to do population structure and introgression analysis based on 185657 SNPs.The result of population structure analysis showed a close genetic distance of SN and Y and a large internal difference of genetic distance in SN group,which did not match the hybrid mode.The result of introgression analysis showed that segments introgressed from EH to SN were related to reproduction.Segments introgressed from L to SN were related to ingestion and feed conversion rate.Segments introgressed from Y to SN were related to immunity.This study analyzed the breeding effect of SN in molecular level,found that SN was not a stable genetic resource,revealed the segments introgressed from parents,evaluated the breeding effect of SN was not in the line with expectation and explained the reasons.The result of this study provided reference for further development and utilization of SN.
