血管靶向性激光在咽喉良性病变中的应用及发展前景

摘　　要：咽喉良性病变占咽喉疾病的比例较高,因咽喉与患者的吞咽、言语功能密切相关,治疗疾病的同时保护和恢复咽喉功能决定着患者的生活质量.血管靶向性激光为绿色可见型激光,波长接近氧合血红蛋白吸收峰,具有CO2激光切割、气化的能力,并兼备Nd-YAG激光凝固、止血的优点,其瞄准精确,热损伤小,目前主要应用于眼科、皮肤科及泌尿外科,在咽喉领域临床应用相对较少.随着应用领域的扩展及技术的成熟,血管靶向性激光有希望成为咽喉疾病的一种安全、有效且微创的常规治疗手段.Benign laryngeal diseases as a common disease in otolaryngology are closely related to the swallowing and speech function of patients.Protecting and restoring laryngeal function,while curing lesions,is vital to patients’quality of life.The angiolytic laser is a green and visable light laser and its wavelength is close to the oxygen hemoglobin absorption peak.As a new high technology developed in recent years,the angiolytic laser has not only the cutting ability of CO2 laser but also the hemostatic ability of Nd-YAG laser.With the advantages of negligible thermal effect and accurate manipulation,angiolytic laser can be used in the treatment of laryngeal diseases.At present,this technique is mainly applied in ophthalmology,dermatology and urology,but it has relatively few clinical applications in the laryngeal area.With the expansion of the application field and the maturity of the technology,angiolytic laser promises to be a safe,effective,and minimally invasive treatment method for laryngeal diseases.
