CRP和PCT联合检验在妇科常见感染性疾病中的诊断应用

摘　　要：目的观察妇科感染性疾病的诊断中血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)检验的应用价值。方法以2017年1月-2018年12月某院接诊的妇科感染性疾病患者100例为实验组,将同期体检的100名健康女性纳入对照组。两组患者均进行CRP和PCT检验,将两组检验结果进行综合对比分析。结果实验组血清CRP水平为(81.6±19.2)μg/L,较对照组的(2.8±1.6)μg/L高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组血清PCT水平为(5.6±0.3)μg/L,较对照组的(0.2±0.1)μg/L高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科感染性疾病的临床诊断筛查中联合检测血清CRP和PCT具有重要价值。Objective To investigation the application value of detecting serum CRP and PCT in the diagnosis of gynecological infectious diseases.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,one hundred cases with gynecological infectious diseases were selected as study group,while the one hundred healthy women had physical examination were selected as control group.The serum CRP,PCT levels of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The serum CRP level of the study group was(81.58±19.16)μg/L,which was higher than those in the control group(2.8±1.6)μg/L,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum PCT level of the experimental group was(5.6±0.3)μg/L,which was higher than those in the control group(0.2±0.1)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CRP and PCT can be used as screening and diagnostic laboratory indicators of gynecologic inflammation.
