摘 要:目的利用高效液相色谱法建立同时测定桑姜感冒片中绿原酸、黄芩苷、连翘苷含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,PLATSIL TM ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),流速为1 mL/min,采用梯度洗脱(1~18 min,10%-20%A;18~42 min,20%-70%A),检测波长为278 nm。结果绿原酸线性范围为0.0392~0.98μg(R^2=0.9921);黄芩苷线性范围为0.0544~1.36μg(R^2=0.9996);连翘苷线性范围为0.098~2.45μg(R^2=0.9995)。结论利用该方法所检测的绿原酸、黄芩苷、连翘苷的峰型良好,分离度高,可用于同时测定桑姜感冒片中绿原酸、黄芩苷、连翘苷的含量。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,baicalin and forsythiaside in Sangjiang Ganmao tablets by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods PLATSIL TM ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was employed,column temperature was 30℃,mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B),flow rate was 1 mL/min,by using gradient elution(1~18 min,10%-20%A;18~42 min,20%-70%A),detection wavelength was 278 nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.0392~0.98μg(R^2=0.9921),baicalin was 0.0544~1.36μg(R^2=0.9996),and phillyrin was 0.098~2.45μg(R^2=0.9995).Conclusion The peak patterns of chlorogenic acid,baicalin and forsythia suspense glycoside detected by this method is availiable and the separation degree is high.It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid,baicalin and forsythin in Sangjiang Ganmao tablets.
