体外膜肺氧合治疗继发性免疫缺陷并发重症肺部感染

摘　　要：44岁男性IgA肾病患者,激素联合免疫抑制剂2月,继发免疫缺陷和重症肺部感染,氧合指数进行性下降,机械通气无改善,在抗感染治疗同时,给予体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)联合连续性肾脏替代治疗生命支持治疗,感染控制,顺利撤离ECMO,好转出院。A 44-year-old male patient with IgA nephropathy for 2 months,led to immunodeficiency after steroid and immunosuppressant treatment,supervened suffer from severe pulmonary infection.The oxygenation index progressively decreased after mechanical ventilation,and under the treatment of anti-infection,the patients were given with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) combined with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),and the infection was successfully cured,ECMO was evacuated and the patient was discharged successfully.
