摘　　要：作为新型环保设备,圆管带式输送机以其综合性能突出的优势,在包括现代大型煤化工等工业领域的物料输送工程项目中已得到广泛应用。结合某实际工程项目,从项目概况、系统设计、线路布置、主要部件选型设计等方面,介绍与分析了圆管带式输送机在输煤系统工程中的应用,并总结了设计中需注意的技术要点,可作为今后类似工程的实践参考。Pipe conveyor is a modern and environment-friendly transport system,and on account of its outstanding performance characteristics,pipe conveyor has been installed for various industrial applications and used for transporting materials such as coal.Based on an actual project,an introduction and analysis of pipe conveyor installed in the coal conveying system are provided in terms of project introduction,system design,routing,and sizing of main components,among others.Design considerations are highlighted in this paper for reference in the design for future projects.
